A: Our products are primarily designed for cats (e.g., cat houses, cat scratchers). Some pet toys and collars are also suitable for small dogs. Please refer to the product details page for specific applicability instructions.

A: All products use pet-friendly materials: Wool used in cat houses and toys undergoes desensitization treatment, causing no irritation; Sisal fibers in cat scratchers are tough but not sharp, preventing scratches on pets; Loofah toys are naturally soft, safe for pets to chew. Material safety has passed third-party testing, so pet owners can purchase with confidence.

A: Thank you for your purchase. Many of our products are uniquely handmade, such as wool cat houses, pet toys, and collars, so patterns and details may vary slightly. Wool may also contain small amounts of natural materials. Additionally, due to differences in shooting lighting and equipment, the received item may differ from photos—please refer to the actual product. For products using solid wood, natural characteristics like texture variations, color differences, or knots may occur. These are normal phenomena and not valid reasons for return.

A: It is made of natural washable wool. For daily cleaning, use a lint roller to remove loose hair. For heavy stains, hand washing is recommended: Soak the cat house, gently rub it, rinse off soap residue, place a towel under it when drying, pat to shape, and air-dry naturally. For machine washing, use a 15-minute warm cycle. Notes: Do not use bleach or harsh washing methods (e.g., violent rolling, tearing); water temperature should not exceed 30℃; do not use a dryer, and avoid hanging to dry.

A: The wool undergoes a special felting process, making the texture tight, so shedding is minimal under normal use. Even if there is slight shedding, the natural wool fibers are skin-friendly, causing no discomfort to pets and can be easily removed by grooming.

A: Both frame cat houses combine artistic decoration and functionality, with slightly different materials:

• Premium model (higher price): Main body is natural rubber wood, with oil-painted sisal surrounding the interior, suitable for cats under 10kg.

• Cost-effective model: Main body is kraft paper (loved by cats), interior patterns use UV printing, and the painted part is replaceable, suitable for cats under 10kg.

A: Sisal and corrugated paper are cats’ favorite materials for claw sharpening. We use high-grade sisal imported from Africa, which is widely used in carpets and home furnishings.

A: Sisal fibers are tough, with advantages of wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and do not produce debris. The woven texture creates a concave-convex surface, making it ideal for cats to scratch.

Cats need to sharpen their claws to mark scents and release emotions. While we cannot force them to scratch specific places or materials, we can guide them by letting their paw pads touch the scratching material, using a cat teaser to encourage use, or adding catnip.

Observe how your cat usually sharpens its claws—some prefer to scratch while lying down, others while standing and stretching. It is recommended to place it in areas the cat frequently passes or stays in to increase usage frequency.

A: Each cat reacts differently to toys (they may rub, lick, or chew them). Cats have sharp teeth, and constant chewing can clean their teeth but may also damage the toy.

A: Toys are made of natural wool or plant loofah, which are safe and non-toxic. However, if a toy is damaged, repair or discard it promptly to prevent cats from ingesting excessive amounts, which may cause gastrointestinal discomfort.

A: Our toys include wool and loofah styles, filled with catnip, silver vine, and gall fruit (studies show about 30% of cats may be unresponsive to gall fruit). You can also hang the toy on a fishing pole to interact with the cat and explore new ways to play.

This product uses food-grade pigments, safe for pets. Due to the limited coloring ability of loofah, colors may fade when wet. For light-colored cats that secrete more oils and rub against the toy, owners should pay attention.

A: They can be rinsed with water! Loofah is naturally mold-resistant and antibacterial. After washing, be sure to wring out thoroughly and air-dry in a ventilated place; avoid storing in damp conditions. Toys last longer in dry climates.

A: Wool and loofah toys are more suitable for cats. Small dogs (e.g., Poodles, Bichons) can use them, but large dogs are not recommended (their strong bite force may damage the toys quickly).

A: Our collars focus on "lightweight + high aesthetic appeal": Materials include luxurious lace, soft cotton-linen, and embroidered fabric, ensuring no sense of constraint when worn. Designs incorporate vintage patterns and local characteristic elements, balancing beauty and practicality.

All collars are handmade. Due to the small size of decorations (e.g., small petals, 3mm beads), there may be minor loose threads or glue marks, but each piece is unique.

All decorations have passed a tensile test (≥5kg) and feature smooth edge wrapping. The back uses an adjustable buckle, ensuring safety for both indoor and outdoor use.

Collars are available in XS/S/M/L sizes:

• XS: Length 16cm, recommended for pets under 2kg;

• S: Length 20cm, recommended for pets 2-3.5kg;

• M: Length 24cm, recommended for pets 3.5-5kg;

• L: Length 28cm, recommended for pets 5-7kg.

Before purchasing, measure the thickest part of the pet’s neck (below the Adam's apple) with a soft ruler, leaving a 2-finger width (approximately 3cm) of slack to ensure comfort without tightness. A size chart is available on the details page for reference.

A proper fit means two fingers can be inserted between the collar and the pet’s body. If the measured size is between two sizes, choose the larger one. Recheck after a few minutes of wearing and adjust if necessary. Note: Pets grow quickly, so it is recommended to check and adjust the collar tightness every few weeks.

A: We apologize, but for hygiene and safety reasons regarding pet products (they directly contact pets and may retain odors or stains, affecting secondary sales), returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-quality issues (e.g., improper size, pet disliking the product). Please refer to the size chart and product descriptions carefully before ordering.

If the product has issues such as: material seriously inconsistent with the description, structural damage (non-human caused), or missing accessories, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos/videos of the problem. After confirmation, free return or exchange will be supported.
